Delete your Genora AI account
Request account deletion from Settings in the Genora AI app. Your account and all user data held by Genora AI will be deleted within 24 hours of your request.
How to request deletion
Open Genora AI
Open the Genora AI app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings
Open the app's Settings and choose the account deletion option.
Submit your deletion request
Follow the instructions shown in the app to submit your request.
Deletion time: within 24 hours. Once deletion is complete, your account and its data cannot be restored.
What happens to your data
- Data deleted
- All user data held by Genora AI is deleted, including your account information, stored chat history (prompts and AI responses), and any other data associated with your account.
- Data kept by Genora AI
- None. Genora AI does not retain user data after account deletion is complete.
- Additional retention period
- None. All user data held by Genora AI is removed within the 24-hour deletion period.
Preferences saved locally on your device or in your browser are separate from your account data. You can remove them by clearing the app's data or this site's browser storage.
