What We Collect and Process
- IP address: We use your IP address to estimate your approximate location and time zone so we can provide a better experience. This estimate may not represent your precise location.
- Prompts and responses: We process the prompt you submit to generate a response, and send it to the AI provider needed to fulfill your request. Those providers may process it under their own privacy policies. Avoid including sensitive personal information in prompts.
What We Store
- Prompts and responses: We store your submitted prompts and generated responses as chat history so you can review previous conversations.
- Website theme preference: Your Light, Dark, or Device default choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the website can remember it on future visits. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser storage.
- Mobile app preferences: Your dark/light theme and notifications on/off settings are stored locally on your device so the app can apply your choices.
What We Sell/Share
- Sale: We do not sell personal information, IP addresses, location or time-zone estimates, prompts, responses, or preferences.
- AI providers: We share your submitted prompt with the third-party AI provider needed to generate a response. The provider may process the prompt under its own privacy policy.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Genora AI account from Settings in the app. Your account and all user data held by Genora AI, including account information and stored chat history (prompts and AI responses), are deleted within 24 hours of your request. We keep no user data after deletion is complete, and there is no additional retention period.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy here and change the effective date above.
